For Kids We Care, Inc., is made up of a team of wonderful individuals, each bringing his or her own talents to help nurture your child!

Every staff member has completed all courses required by the Child Care Administration of Maryland. Courses include:

• Infant, Toddler and Preschool CPR and First Aid

• 2 hours of Health and Safety

• 6 hours of Child Development

At For Kids We Care, Inc., we understand that continuous training is a must for our staff to provide you with top quality care.

In addition, it helps our staff to continue developing their skills and professionalism. For Kids We Care, Inc., allocates a yearly budget for staff training and incentive bonuses are given for staff members that enroll and complete additional child development courses.
